Hey there! I’m a sophomore college student pursuing my passion at the University of Findlay, where I’m diving into a dual major in Animal Science Industry and Western Equestrian Studies. My journey into the world of animal science and equestrian studies is a culmination of a lifelong fascination with livestock. Growing up, I found my footing in the show rings, starting with pigs and cattle. This exposure instilled in me a deep-rooted love for working with diverse species, fueling my enthusiasm to explore and understand various aspects of animal care and husbandry.
At the University of Findlay, I’m surrounded by an enriching academic environment that aligns perfectly with my aspirations. The institution’s esteemed Equestrian Studies program provides an immersive platform where I can delve into the nuances of Western riding techniques and horsemanship. This hands-on learning experience is invaluable as it allows me to further expand my understanding of equine behavior, training methodologies, and overall horsemanship.
